[peeragogy-handbook] Outline for The First Peeragogy Pamphlet: Patterns

Hi, Peeragogues!

As I mentioned in an email earlier this month I was thinking about
switching from making our fourth Handbook to our first Pamphlet.

The biggest reason was to make it more accessible to readers: instead of
250+ pages on a variety of topics, pamphlets will have 48 or less pages on
a single, specific topic. Another reason is that I think it will make it
easier for us to get publications done focusing on one topic at a time.

My original plan was to have a draft ready by the end of September.

That has come and gone. My apologies, I don't have a draft ready. I do,
however, have an outline that is below. Goal remains to have something new
to publish by Public Domain Day 2022 (1/1/22).
