*Peeragogical Action Review (PAR)*

*1. Review the intention: what do/did we expect to learn or make together?*

Najwa: for me I was expecting to meet newcomers as well as people already
inside peeragogy to actually know more about prepping peeragogy course that
will be coming soon ... establishing today's meeting with you guys learning
more about peer learning in formal education

*2. Establish what is happening: what and how are we learning?*

Ray: learned from each other, learned about teaching foreign langauges and
some challenges of them and I brought things I learned from patterns the
other night

*3. What are some different perspectives on what’s happening?*

Fabio: these discussions are in preparation for the course as najwa said
good opportunity to catch up wiht eachother and get ready for the course

*4. What did we learn or change?*

Charlie: I learned about the Malaysian educational, Paul Baran distributed
networks, and approaches to teaching English, and ideas for how to
structure the course in a non-hierachical non-linear way

Ray: Seeing what are challenges that come up? For a course there is a
roadmap, but I don't know where to begin? What are problems to be overcome?
How coule peeragogy or peeragogy patterns help with these challenges?

*5. What else should we change going forward?*

Najwa: discuss learning in informal contexts as well, becasue today is more
formal context of education, interesting to see context of informal learning

Ray: this is one of them, how could that be improved?

Najwa: yes
