Hiya, Peeragogues!

Following up on what I committed to last week at the Monday meetup, here is
a DRAFT possible plan for our 2023 summer internships.

What are your thoughts?

*== Structure ==*

* Have fun, be kind and follow our community guidelines

https://lists.osuosl.org/pipermail/peeragogy-handbook/Week-of-Mon-20201130/000001.html

* Be open to learning

* These internship positions are unpaid

* There is no course credit available for completing the internship

* There will not be a lot of formal, hierarchical structure, interns will
need to figure some things out on their own

*== Two Teams ==*

* One to work on new episodes of the Peeragogy in Action podcast
(facilitated by Charlotte)

* Another team to work on version 4 of the Handbook (facilitated by me)

*== Handbook Team ==*

I want to read some more guidance about how to make internship programs,
maybe such as these

https://www.dol.gov/sites/dolgov/files/odep/pdf/inclusiveinternshipprograms.pdf

https://richmondcc.edu/sites/default/files/employer_guide_to_internship_program.pdf

*Does anyone have suggestions of additional places to look for guidance?*
